Mango Salomon in Sweet Cream by Noodles
Ingredients

Two Salmon Filet's (my were deep frozen) www.kaufland.de
One seasoned Mango
one cup sweet cream
a very little salt
pizza cheese
white wine
nutmeg
olive oil
ginger
lemon
honey
parsley
----------------
I first did the shopping. Man this was the hardest part to do. First of all I forgot the shopping notice I have made.
I knew I wanted fish. When I'm talking about fish today, I'm almost automatically with Salmon. It is such a great taste and not so pricy also.
It's not so expensive seen within the fish assortment as I think.
Closed to the place I live there opened a new Kaufland shopping center. it is a bit smaller? than the others but they have got a tremendous variety of products and affordable prices. It's amazing. I have been out of town once or twice a month to do the shopping. In Haldensleben. There is a Kaufland too and going there by car, one can get apple juice and soda water for quite a while.
So, therefore I forgot the grocery list I have been checking with the fruits and vegetables fraction for quite a while. There are still lots of them left which I never had a try of, yet. Mango was one of them as I remind.
I will have now the rest of which is still left. Stay tuned in for more.
One little hint I can give to those who will use the ingredients trying to get something done out of them. Take the ginger out again when the dish was ready to be served.
