Wash the meat first. Dry it and put it in an pot into the oven. Do not cover. The meat remains for app. 1 3/4 hours into it, onto the middle rail. Notice if the oven was preheated the time you need shortens of course. 

 

After a while, an hour or so add some water. I should have added it a bit earlier perhaps but was away for doing the shopping. 

 

I bought sliced meat for the breakfast, some deep frozen cake, sparkling water. This took me longer than I had expected. I made new friends that I asked if they were responsible for Tschernobyl. No answer. Atze and his wife I guess. 

 

I stood behind him in line and Atze complained about I would turn whole peoples tribes mad. This I knew yet from before. 

 

There was an other elderly lady before I made friends with Atzes family that I thought was happy knowing finally what vacuum is and why this is gone go or even not. 

 

Oh, by the way, the madness uses to attend the same places than I do. I meet him very often, daily I would say. Once at the station I talked to him and let me say he honors his name absolutely.

When you took out the meat of the oven open the beans and do the water into the meat pot. I do not know if this is a common procedure but I thought well, last time I did so it was not bad. You could still boil the meat a while.

 

Now the beans do not have any water left. Don't care, being caned they are done anyway. The best thing is to put them in an other smaller pot and heat them up above of hot water steam. Add some butter and the savory. 

 

Follow the instructions on their box to get the dumpling ready. Done.
