White Beans Soup

 

Ingredients

• thick pork rib

• an onion

• Potato's

• a can of white beans

• savory

• caraway seed

• salt

• black pepper

I shortly washed the meat. Roasted it a short moment on both sides. Added the cut to cubes onion. 

 

Boiled until tender, took out the meat cut it in smaller pieces, added the two cubed potatoes, the canned beans, the spices, the meat salt, the pepper. Boiled the dish another halt our. Ready to serve. 

 

I have to say: "Delicious."
