Potato Soup

curry (gives a wonderful color )

I finished the potato soup today. I have to say it's so tasty I can't make the complete recipe accessible publicly. But let me say such a soup I never had so far. It's hard to belie one can make such a dish with like ordinary stuff.
Therefore the one 'secret ingredient'. It's probably also billion of $. here. I can't, no longer at this field also, ignore this.
The lots of taste was coming with the lot's of fats that are in, But, it's no meat, and that what makes the fats excusable. I was searching for searching dishes free completely of meats which worked. For my understanding good cooking, or cooking in general all starts as one waivers pork meat, not meat in general or salt. That's no solution.
I, since I have not pork meat any more, do not eat meat each day, which, prior to that, was normal for the way of I nourished myself on (kind of had to ) and I think I lost a little weight also since my lined trousers did suit better this recent winter, again.
Today, I thought about to add some milk instead of sweet cream to the soup.
