Last night I was thinking about how I would arrange the stars in the U.S. flag in case the USA was added one or more states.

 

My clue was; 

 

first:

 

- the blue rectangle was full, no chance for additional stars

 

second, but:

 

- no need for more stars, the flag has got 13 star's good in advance anyway. Or is it the pride of the people to show the developing of the 13 former colonies into 13 independent states?

 

 

 

Here is a link to wikipedia.org holding an article about the flag. There also is one if I'm right that has got 51 stars yet. It's a design proposal.
